Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, and Business Management.
Experience: At least 5 years in a management role. Experience with Lean/Six Sigma is important.

Skills:

• Ability to manage financial reports and business principles.
• Experience with industry-standard equipment.
• Good with Microsoft Office.

Attributes:

Skilled in managing people.
Authorization: Must be legally allowed to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience: Background in electronic manufacturing is a plus.
Project Knowledge: Experience with custom-engineered products is preferred.
