Job Requirements

1. High School Diploma.
2. At least five years of experience in manufacturing.
3. Previous experience as a supervisor or leader is a plus.
4. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, are needed.
5. Strong at coaching and giving feedback.
6. Ability to set goals, and meet targets.
7. Committed to providing good customer service.
8. Strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Safety: Make sure the team follows safety rules. Lead reviews after accidents or incidents.
• Quality: Follow cGMPs and local quality standards.
• Team Management: Oversee daily maintenance tasks. Manage attendance, overtime, and team performance.
• Maintenance Excellence: Ensure maintenance is done well and train the team. Track team performance with KPIs.
• Customer Interaction: Work with customers to match team goals with production plans.
• Incident Management: Report and investigate incidents and take corrective actions.
