Job Description

As a Labor Foreman/Escort at KBR, you’ll lead a team of KBR staff and subcontractors at PSAB. Your job is to manage daily activities, provide guidance, and ensure good customer service. Job Requirements

A High School Diploma or equivalent
Basic knowledge of facility and equipment maintenance, and food and MWR services
U.S. citizenship and a current U.S. Driver’s License
A passport with at least 13 months left before expiration and 6 blank visa/stamp pages
An active U.S. SECRET Security Clearance or the ability to get one
Good English skills (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding)
Ability to meet CENTCOM MOD-15 theater requirements

Responsibilities

Process personnel at the PSAB Visitors Control Center.
Escort and assist Other Country Nationals (OCNs).
Monitor maintenance and services for un-cleared personnel.
Keep logs and count personnel regularly.
Communicate with OCNs and explain rules and procedures.
Check OCN work progress and ensure safety standards.
Prevent OCNs from bringing prohibited items onto the base.
Oversee vehicles and personnel visually.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all personnel.
Report any unsafe working conditions to the relevant team.
Stay alert and report any suspicious behavior.
Provide administrative support and services.
Coordinate activities for smooth project and site operations.
Complete necessary reports and tasks.
Perform routine assignments and duties.
Help site leadership with reporting requirements.
Show excellent communication skills.
Follow and promote KBR’s Zero Harm safety program.
Ensure successful service delivery.
Take on additional duties as assigned.
