Job Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

• Willing to work overtime and flexible hours

Responsibilities

1. Create and set up templates, products, and fonts using design software
2. Help with production reports and planning
3. Train and support the team on new machines and methods
4. Assist with ordering supplies and handling B2B orders
5. Work with the operations team to keep production running smoothly
6. Fix and maintain production machines and systems
7. Meet tight deadlines and focus on customer needs
