Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or trade school certificate
- 4-5 years of work experience (or a mix of education and experience)
- Supervisory experience is a plus
- Able to do physical tasks like standing, walking, climbing, and lifting heavy items
- Good at analyzing and solving problems
- Eager to learn and adjust to new things
- You can use Microsoft Office Suite
- Very organized
Responsibilities
- Paint and prepare surfaces by patching, priming, and finishing.
- Take care of building and grounds maintenance.

Salary And Benefits
