Job Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or trade school certificate
• 4-5 years of work experience (or a mix of education and experience)
• Supervisory experience is a plus
• Able to do physical tasks like standing, walking, climbing, and lifting heavy items
• Good at analyzing and solving problems
• Eager to learn and adjust to new things
• You can use Microsoft Office Suite
• Very organized

Responsibilities

1. Paint and prepare surfaces by patching, priming, and finishing.
2. Take care of building and grounds maintenance.
3. Work together with other workers on projects and repairs.
4. Keep tools and equipment in good condition and stored properly.
5. Join safety programs and report any dangers.
6. Lead and train team members.

Salary And Benefits
