Job description
As a Healthcare Electrician at CBRE, you will help keep healthcare facilities running smoothly. Your job will involve checking, fixing, and taking care of electrical and mechanical systems. You will ensure that all equipment meets safety standards and electrical codes. You’ll also perform regular maintenance to avoid problems, solve any electrical issues, install and repair wiring and equipment, and keep maintenance records. When emergencies happen, you will respond quickly and ask for help if needed. Additionally, you will help create maintenance schedules and drive safely to service different locations.

Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma.
- You need at least 7 years of experience as a licensed electrician.
- A Master Electrician license is required.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Experience with DDC and EMS systems is a plus.
- Basic computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities
- Operate, check, and keep mechanical and electrical equipment working in healthcare places.
- Fix wiring and circuit problems using electrical codes and install or repair electrical equipment.
- Use tools to test and measure electrical systems to make sure they work properly.
- Install DDC systems by following the manufacturer’s instructions and check the systems after installation.
- Do emergency repairs and regular maintenance, keeping records of repairs made.
- Quickly respond to emergencies and call for extra help if needed.
- Look at past maintenance records to plan regular inspections and maintenance.
- Drive company vehicles safely and reach service locations on time.
