Job Requirements

• 6 to 12 months of experience working in a restaurant.
• Good cleaning and organization skills.
• Friendly and helpful attitude.
• Experience using POS (Point of Sale) systems.
• A flexible schedule is a plus.
• Willingness to learn different jobs in the café.

Responsibilities

1. Offer friendly and helpful service to all guests during their visit.
2. Think ahead about what guests might need and remember their preferences.
3. Know all about the drinks, pastries, food, and items in the cafe.
4. Handle guest problems with care and ask management for help when needed.
5. Finish all tasks for opening, mid-shift, and closing, including daily checklists and side work.
6. Organize money and receipts following the cafe’s cash handling rules.
7. Keep the cafe clean and tidy.
8. Help with ordering supplies, stocking shelves, and sharing needs with the team.

Salary And Benefits

The pay for this job is between $17.50 and $20.00 an hour. You will get 10 days of paid time off (PTO) each year. Plus, you can enjoy free meals while you work!
